Our History

1995

In the midst of a changing Europe, a small but ambitious company was founded in the heart of Berlin in 1995. The mission was clear: high-quality customer service in German - personal, efficient, based on partnership. With a small team of ten employees, we laid the foundations for the company we are today. Just two years later, our team had doubled in size - a clear sign of the relevance of our approach.

2003

A milestone in our development: The opening of our first international location in Izmir, Turkey, marked the beginning of our journey onto the global stage. There, we worked with around 100 colleagues to implement our vision in an international context. The successful adaptation to new cultural circumstances and markets laid the foundation for further expansions - including to Istanbul and other Turkish cities from 2005. Our flexibility and our quality standards drove this growth in the long term.

A key success factor: the trust of our customers. Over 80% of our clients have been working with us for more than a decade. This continuity is based on partnerships that go far beyond standardized services. Our aim is to reliably stand by our clients in every situation - even in challenging times.
