New location with interesting workshop program on three stages...
Tourism specialists love to get around. But does it need to be like that for the event locations of the Travel Expo? After a brief detour to Essen last year, the expo and trade fair returned to Cologne, even if to a new location. But the move to the XPost in Cologne opened many new opportunities and possibilities to learn more about the top topics in tourism and mobility as visitor and expo participant. The program was effectively rounded out by the many exhibitors who once again found their way to the Travel Expo this year.
getaline also remained loyal to the expo and participated as exhibitor in Cologne again this year. The clear focus this year lay on innovative customer service. On both days of the expo, many visitors found out about the possibilities for giving their businesses new impulses with our proven best practice solutions. Whether ferry or cruise ships, by air or by land – our many years of experience let us develop a tailor-made customer dialog concept for every customer.
The presentation of our colleague Jürgen Heinze on the topic "Customer dialog concepts for sustained customer loyalty" provided interesting insights into this. He only had about 20 minutes for the presentation, so that quite a few audience members used the opportunity to intensify the contact at our booth afterwards. This year again, a visit to our booth paid off two-fold: tasty drinks awaited visitors at our cocktail bar.
