call24 moves to new offices

call24 moves to new offices and expands its agency positions to 200. In parallel, the IT technology will be virtualized.

getaline founds an internal think-tank

getaline founds an internal think-tank: the getaline lab will develop new and innovative customer care processes for various industries.

callplus moves to new offices

callplus moves to new offices in a landmarked former textile factory. The location doubles the capacity (employees, customers, or projects?).

All Call Center locations equipped with modern dialer technology. Every day, 400 employees in the getaline network show their commitment to customer activation and reactivation.

getaline develops new up-/cross-selling concepts for customers from distance retail and introduces them successfully.

The Wolgast branch is growing

The Wolgast branch is growing and will be expanded to 90 agency positions. bestphone now employs 200 employees there. They also care for new customers from the industries for food, distance retail, and boat engineering and equipment.
2000

callplus is founded

callplus is founded in Cottbus (Brandenburg) with 80 agency positions. The customer service center has acquired its first projects in the area of distance retail.
1999

The third location: call24

A third location is created in Frankfurt an der Oder (Brandenburg): call24 starts with 80 employees in the landmarked "Alter Konsument" building. During the first years, call24 doubles its agency positions to 100 and upgrades its technical capacities. New customer projects start, among others back office for distance retail and winning new customers for publishing companies.
1998

bestphone expands

bestphone expands and already employs 150 employees. The Customer Care department develops and services for the communication industry are implemented.
1997

The second location is created

A second location is created in Wolgast (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern): bestphone starts with 60 employees.
1996

The number of customers grows

The number of customers grows continually and covers the mail-order, technology, and media industries. There are also internal changes: The number of employees increases to 350, office spaces and technical equipment are optimized.

getaline founds its first location

getaline founds its first location in Pasewalk (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern): fastphone starts with 60 employees on more than 400 sqm of office space. The first customer comes from the textile mail-order industry. fastphone will cover all phone orders starting immediately!
